Supportive staff, start from Manager, reception, cafeteria. Food was nice, cost is acceptable. Room is with nice ambiance; washroom was too clean and available with hot water all the time. Impressed!

The location is very close to the Railway station and very accessible. Breakfast options are good. Food options are also good and tastes good. Nice place and very helpful staff. We enjoyed our short stay here.

Room is super dirty and dinzy, the minute you enter the hotel it stinks of dampness. Bedsheets were dirty and blanket was looking like lot has never been cleaned.

Hotel staff was very helpful. Got an early check-in. Rooms were clean, property was easily accessible from the city centre.

The hotel was value for money for a short stay . In house restaurant was an added advantage with decent food . The food preparation was fresh and not very spicy

Room was good but bit small bed was also small. Location was good near to Madan Mahal Railway station.

NEAT AND CLEAN. GOOD FOOD. RECEIVING ALSO GOOD. IT IS VERY NEAR THE RAILWAY STATION, BUT NOT MAIN STATION.

Staff's behaviour is so good(At first we had some doubts). Especially Mr Priyangsh and Mr. Rahul helped a lot...We have stayed there for their gesture ?

It was very close to Madan Mahal Railway station platform number 1. This was very helpful. It was neat and clean. The staff were very cordial.

Room service was exceptional. The food was awesome and priced exceptionally well. Awesome value for money. The toilet can be improved but is sufficiently functional. Hotel was clean and well kept. Cleaning staff was courteous and polite. We never faced water supply issues although there were problem with it in the locality. This is a good-for-getting-the-job-done hotel. Treat it as such and you will not be disappointing with the value proposition.
